Sofia. Bulgaria’s Organizing Committee for the Grand prix and its chairman, Rumen Petkov, received official invitation for a meeting with the president of Formula One Administration Bernie Ecclestone negotiating for organizing the range of a Formula 1 championship in Bulgaria, press centre of the committee informed FOCUS News Agency.
The meeting would be held on Nürburgring runway during the German Grand Prix from July 10 to 12. It is expected the parameters of the agreement for the future Bulgarian hosting to be discussed. The document regulates the conditions under which Bulgaria would host a race of Formula 1 for the period from 2011 to 2015 with an option for extension until 2020.
